We welcome back Shannon Minter of the National Center for Lesbian Rights to give us the inside scoop on the Trans Ban and the action the Supreme Court took on it. With an unsigned 5-4 order, the court did not rule on the legality of the ban, but allowed for it to take effect while lower courts take further actions.
Shannon is the NCLR's Legal Director, and the organization is one of the nation’s leading advocacy groups for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people.
